Dr Nimalan is a general practioner with special interest in adult cardiac disease management, adult general medicine and geriatrics.
Dr Nimalan graduated from the University of Queensland and later trained at the Royal Brisbane and Womens hospital in general medicine and Cardiology (TTH), before obtaining fellowship of the Royal Australian college of general practioners (FRACGP).
Dr.Nimalan has a keen interest in medical education and teaching. He has been actively involved in teaching medical students and GP registrars and has held academic titles with the University of Queensland School of medicine and Flinders University school of medicine.
In his spare time, Dr. Nimalan enjoys travelling, is a keen chess player and loves playing cricket.
